No More Water Bill Surprises

The Village of Scarsdale offers residents access to the My360 Consumer Water Portal, a free online tool that provides real-time access to water consumption data. By creating an account, you can:

  • Monitor your water usage
  • Detect leaks early and avoid costly surprises
  • Set up custom alerts for high usage or unusual activity
  • View historical consumption trends to help conserve water and manage your bill

Activate Your Account

  1. Visit the registration page: https://scarsdaleny.my360-app.com/register
  2. Have your water bill handy. You’ll need:
    Water Bill Example
    • Customer Number (Account Number): Enter the 7-digit number without the dash and without the leading zero after the dash.
      Example: On your bill: 12345-078 → Enter: 1234578
    • Name or Service Address: Enter exactly as it appears on your bill.
  3. Accept the terms and create your account. Please note that some older meters are not fully compatible with the My360 software resulting in reduced software functionality. Please contact the Water Department if you would like to schedule your older meter to be replaced.
